Barry finds himself in a shilly-shally situation when a criminal named Plunder (Stephen Huszar) shows up.
Barry wants to catch Plunder just like any other baddie who brings trouble to Central City, but when he remembers the villain’s presence in the future where he saw Savitar kill Iris (Candice Patton), he fears that catching the criminal will cement Iris’ doomed fate.
